Have you considered working abroad?
There are a slew of offers, particulary in Australia or the US? And the Middle East is very high on demand for skilled workers at the moment?
But of course, working abroad means leaving it all behind and changing your lifestyle. Life in LA ain't much like life in Birmingham or Brighton. And of course, it means working in a different kind of corporate culture. But the money is good; sometimes it's up to double what you could earn here.
