The appeal against IR35 draws closer and with that we are getting more press on the controversial legislation.
The Treasury Secretary Ruth Kelly has come out with critisism of accountants saying that they have been giving misleading information to construction workers.
Kelly also put forward the governments view on employment status which she says is a simple and clearcut set of criteria.
