On Wednesday 13 April 2005, Earl Green, an IT consultant from Manchester, signed up to use the Parasol IT umbrella service and in doing so became the company’s 10,000th registration.
This milestone has been achieved in less than 5 years of trading for the North West based recruitment services company, who have quickly established themselves as one of the largest operators in the Umbrella payroll market.
Earl, who was undertaking an assignment through Computer People, has won a luxury break courtesy of Parasol IT.
Commenting on the award, Joint MD, Rob Crossland said: “we wanted to mark this milestone in our company’s growth with something special because breaking through the 10,000 barrier is a fantastic achievement and is almost entirely due to the hard work and dedication of all our internal administration and support teams.
