The effects of IR35 are once again being scrutinized, with a new survey being launched in an effort to get an idea of exactly what IR35 has done to the contracting community.
The survey which is hosted by Accountingweb will hopefully give 'an objective measure of the extra time and cost', that the implementation of IR35 has caused.
The Survey, will run for two weeks and the results will then be published on the site.
