The Shadow Technology Minister Alan Duncan, has come in support of repealing IR35, once again reiterating the Tory standpoint that the tax should be done away with.
In his article he says that governments did not create the internet and can therefore not take the credit for the boom in e-commerce, but should rather be standing behind the people who are leading the drive in the technology sector, namely the IT contractor.
