The appeal against the Judicial Review will be taking place from the 4-6 December at the High Court in London.
The PCG will be pleading the case of small business and the Revenue attempting to keep the legislation in effect.
The PCG has decided to set up at the The Chesire Cheese, 5 Little Essex Street, London WC2, this is close to the High Court and they will be there from 9.30am - 6 pm every day.
The PCG are confident that after all the points that were raised in the JR, that they have a good chance of getting a good result in the appeal.
