The long awaited appeal against the ruling of the Judicial Review in March has been put back by some time as it is thought The Revenue have asked for a change due to other commitments.
The case is now to be heard on the 4th of December and is expected to last 3-4 days.
The case which is being seen as one of the last chances to fight against IR35 is being eagerly awaited in contracting circles and in the end mean victory for all contractors and small business out there if the Judicial Review's verdict was repealed.
