As mentioned earlier in the month, the Revenue has updated their IR35 section on their website.
They have included in their frequently asked questions section, a question relating to teachers and how they are liable under IR35.
Teachers are often also employed on a short term basis and are thus often seen as a different situation, when in fact they too are caught in IR35!
