The P.C.G has amended its advice for contractors when trying to judge their liability under IR35.
The drafts are designed to help contractors who are not sure exactly how The Revenue would see their case.
It gives situations where contractors find themselves for example if a contractor works directly for a client or if the client asks an agency to get them someone to work for them.
