PCG to abandon appeal

The PCG has decided to abandon its review of the appeal decision from last month and has said that it would not appeal the verdict.

The PCG said that it was in need of at least £350 000 in cash and another £350 000 in pledges if it were to continue the fight. These amounts had unfortuanately not been achieved and thus they have decided against further proceedings.

This will certainly not be the last we hear of the PCG I am sure, but it certainly has entrenched IR35 as legislation that will effect us all in the coming years.
