Staying on the theme of the week it seems we have another article where the PCG and small business have said they will resist IR35 for as long as possible.
They have also asked the Government to please clarify many issues as the 'grey areas' in the legislation are what is causing many people to have confusion over their employment status.
The Government is receiving an increasing number of calls to address the issues that are confusing contractors and leaving them confused. The Government has however said that the legislation is simple enough and that people have had more than enough time to come to grips with it. Some might say that is a fair comment!!!
