The PCG will be holding a seminar in Central London on the 24th of January to help members prepare for the P35 form.
The seminar will be called 'IR35 Toolkit - Deciding and defending status' and will cover both sides of the P35 form and cover various issues including how to avoid 'ticking the box'.
The event will also cover other aspects of IR35 and will be a way of learning exactly what The Revenue will be looking for and how to go about every aspect of your tax. The seminar will be open to non-members and any person involved in contracting or a related field is encouraged to attend.
There will be two sessions, the first will have a more general feel to it and the second will be aimed at contractors in particular, and the cost will be £85 to members and £135 for non-members.
