The Paymaster General Dawn Primarolo has said that the guidelines to IR35 have indeed been modified as was advised by Justice Burton in April.
While answering a series of questions she said that there was no uncertainty surrounding IR35, as The High Court had found in favour of the Revenue on all counts.
Primarolo then stated that after the Judge had said that the legislation should be re-phased, The Revenue had complied with his instructions and the re-phasing had already taken place.
