At the recent E.Recruitment 2001 exhibition in London, the qustion of IR35 was again raised in a discussion.
A question was asked about the necessity of the legislation and what steps had been taken since the guidance that was issued in the Judicial Review in April.
The question were aimed at Tracy Gale, Policy Adviser for the Inland Revenue, who tried to explain the validity and the progress that had been made.
