The government again been criticised about its handling of the new tax legislation that has been introduced in the U.K.
The Chartered Institute of Taxation(CIOT), has critisised the Government by saying that too mant shortcuts were taken during the consultation process in which new legislation like IR35 came about.
They feel that this has lead to a great deal of unecessary time wastage and cost.
