The story of the fight against IR35 has finally come to an end. The Court of Appeal today dismissed the appeal by the PCG and found in favour of The Revenue.
The PCG will now have to continue its fight outside the courts of law, and contractors will have to face facts and deal with the restrictions that IR35 puts in place.
The Appeal Court Judges came to a very speedy decision and it seems had no problems in agreeing with the decision reached by The High Court, as the decision was so fast.
