The decision on the appeal against IR35 will be handed down on 21 December at 10 am in Court 67 at the High Court.
This decision has come alot faster than many people had thought and could be bad news for the PCG as the theb judges seem to have made a relatively easy decision.
The PCG are hoping that the case will be referred to The European Court and that they would find that the legislation was in contravention of European Law.
On Friday we will know the afte of IR35 for the following few months and hopefully begin to get some calrity on the issue.
