It would seem that many people are still struggling to come to terms with the new regulations pertaining to tax and IR35.
A survey recently undertaken by the PKF, has revealed that many people are not confident about their standpoint and the new laws.In the" Vote of no confidence" survey only a quarter of those interviewed were aware of the new IR35 rules and of them only half had taken action to prevent action being brought against them.
