What is there to say really, other than Covid-19 proving beyond doubt that HMRCs concept of IR35, even when rebranded as "off-payroll working" is a shameful piece of unworkable legislation generating considerable unfairness which damages UK Plc. But don't believe us - read the Lords Report. But, it's not law yet, so lobby your MP. It's now or never time.
