Managed Service Companies Legislation - Survey

With the impending 2007 Budget changes directly affecting users of MSC's (Managed Service Companies), we want to hear your views on how the changes will affect your contracting arrangements.

We are asking all our visitors to spare 30 seconds of their time to complete our very short 2007 Budget Effects Survey (below). All survey results will be published before the end of April 2007, and we will be providing full coverage of the budget changes as they happen.

Q2) How would you rate your understanding of the proposed Budget changes?	I fully understand the implications of the proposed changes. I understand a fair amount, but I am not completely sure if I will be affected. I have little or no understanding of the implications of the proposed changes.
Q3) If you are currently using a composite company (managed service company), what are you going to do after the Budget?	I am outside IR35. I will form own Ltd company. I am caught by IR35. I'm going to fight to get outside IR35, then form own Ltd company. I am caught by IR35. I'm going to use a PAYE umbrella. I have no idea / I have not decided yet.
