HMRC finally release their anticipated tool for testing IR35 status, and according to our testing, the results don't even match the court results. Public sector contractors, particularly in IT are leaving the sector, abandoning projects. Yet HMRC are going to stand by the results of their tool, and are not backing down. The whole thing is a farce.
