Some say that training in the latest skills, the ones like database analysis which are most in demand at the moment, is the best way to become a happier person at the end of the month. They think we should take training courses.

Others maintain that it's all about salesmanship and knowing how to nail those lucrative contracts. They think we should take courses in marketing.
