The Revenue’s Arctic Systems appeal is upheld, but one day later the Revenue threatens to introduce legislation to increase contractor tax. The MSC legislation is finalised, although the Lord’s call for a radical overhaul of contractor taxation. A contractor loses their IR35 case at the special commissioners.
